PVPB Badminton Programme runs coaching across multiple levels, with several coaches and a set of courts to allocate every day. Managing who trains when, with whom, on which court — and how each student is progressing — had outgrown spreadsheets.
We are building a management system with a level per role: students (enrolment, batches, attendance, progress), coaches (their batches, schedules, assessments) and courts (allocation and availability), tied together so a change in one place is reflected everywhere.
The project is in active development. Features are being delivered and reviewed with the academy in stages rather than in one big release, so what is live is what they actually use.
